Lest anyone think that Islam has a monopoly on killing in the name of religion, it wasn’t that long ago in human history when so-called Christians killed “heretics” because the didn’t follow the teachings of the church (the Spanish Inquisition, Crusades). You’ve had Catholics and Protestants in Ireland killing each other for the past century, in the U.S. there are religious nuts planting bombs and assasinating abortion doctors. Othere religions (not just Muslims) have been persecuting Jews for centuries because of the belief that they killed Christ. So does every religion have its share of nuts and fanatics? Of course they do! But to condemn an entire religion based on the actions on a minority is asinine. I doubt many of the people who have posted here actually know any Muslims personally. I do think there are aspects of Islam which are completely misguided and stupid, but then again, I think that is the case regarding the majority of organized religions. I do believe that moderate Muslims need to do more to speak and act against those segments of their religion who do commit terrorist acts in the name of their religion. Until they do so, the world will paint all Muslims with the same brush. And just like how the Mormons conveniently turned against polygamy when it was in their best interest to do so, Muslims need to look at some of their archaic and backward practices, and realize they had better make some adjustments as well if they expect to fit in with the social norm.

I can assure you that on my side the candle is lit on both ends. But my problem is that many people on your side just blindly believe what they see on the news or what they read in the newspaper. Yes, there are people who do so many evil things in the name of Islam but tell me, if a driver drives a car recklessly then who is to blame, the car or the driver? About Muslim converts living in fear, well, a minority always lives in fear. And again the problem is that their families and close ones don’t actually study the religion like the converts do. For this reason I ask people just to go through the translation of the Quran and see if what people say about it is true or not.

I will again say you need look no further than our own prisons to find the type of people that convert to this phony religion; rapist, murderers, thieves and child molesters. If the person going by the handle “Educated Muslim” is an example of what they believe to be history then it is an example of how they have re-written history to suit their own view of history. To devout Muslims history does not matter unless it is written by a Muslim. Muslims did not invent anything, they only conquered other peoples and claimed their knowledge as their own invention. Another writer has stated the truth about the development of knowledge and I didn’t see anything the Muslims invented or furthered!

Deception is their most potent weapon in the spreading of their lies to their own populations as well as in the western world. Muslims are allowed by their religion to lie and deceive non-believers without any fear of punishment from their God Allah. It is to their credit if deception of non-believers furthers the cause of Islam. Allah is NOT the same as God in the Bible. YAWEH is not Allah, period!!!!!

If a Muslim converts to any other religion they are to be put to death
If a Christian or Jew publicly expouses their beliefs in a Muslim country they can be put to death
If a woman is raped, under Sharia law she is the guilty party and is punished accordingly
A disobedient woman is to be beaten according to the Koran
Public display of a Bible is against the law in Muslim countries
Prostlyzing any other religion in Muslim countries is against the law and punishable by death
If a non-believer will not convert to Islam they are either taxed to death or physically put to death
A Muslim can cheat, steal, lie, deceive and anything else as long as the party they are assailing are non-Muslims.
Islam claims the Bible has been changed by Jews and Christians and cannot be trusted but the do not consider the evidence proving otherwise such as the Dead Sea Scrolls.

Basically the more educated a devout Muslim is, the MORE dangerous they are, because they have consumed the Kool-Aid in spite of historical, physical and spiritual evidence contrary to Islamis doctrine and teachings.

They do follow a child molesting adulterer who even changed his teachings when it suited his fancy and he did personally behead Jews. Isn’t is coincidental that in the Bible, during the time of the seven year tribulation that believers in Christ are beheaded? I think not! There is a considerable sector of Christian claiming churches are attempting to consolidate all three of the major monothestic religions into one bastardized form of a world religion. Sound familiar?

In closing, Read and Believe the Bible! God opens the eyes of those truly seeking him.

Oh and for you that claim that Jesus never said hes was God you need to understand that YAWEH translates as I AM. The very same claim Jesus made to the Sanhedrin when he said, “Before Moses, I AM” the very day he was crucified!

Muhammad, you’re not going to get anywhere with the bigoted bloggers here - I’m sorry to say. But it is not without reason. Not until the followers of Islam learn they must police themselves will you see any improvement in the American (or British) sentiment. Not until over 55 hard line Muslim states are willing to moderate the way in which Islam is practiced in those countries will you see any improvement. Until the Muslim world decides to wake up and embrace the 20th century this will not change. I know from personal experience that Muslims who convert to Christianity spend everyday living in fear of Muslim “hit” squads, mostly from their own families – I’ve seen them convert. That my friend; is a cave man mentality. Sharea (sp?) law is a complete affront to western thought; the fact that it is somewhat acceptable to punish a woman for being raped is ridiculous or that it takes the testimony of two women to equal that of one man in a court of law is just stupid. I could go on and on. But until followers of Islam learn that religion is a matter of personal choice and can’t be forced upon any one will this status change.

The comparative silence of Muslims in the face of the Monsters of Islam speaks volumes.
Instead of trying to change the minds of the more bigoted amongst us, start a little closer to home and encourage your piers to foster the necessary cultural changes to bring Islam into the modern world. Allah will love you for it – seriously.

PS: For those of you who keep harping on about the “Native Americans”. Read up on your anthropology, this continent was apparently one of the last to be settled. Meaning that if you go back far enough, you’ll see that even the Indians were immigrants. Were they treated shamefully, even atrociously; YES absolutely. But that was a different time and culture. Native Americans have every right and privilege I have in this country (more in some cases). Let’s honor their heritage, especially for what it can teach us today, they were and are a great noble people. But get over it already and move on.

Second, when I wrote of taking you people out of the caves, you took it literally, whereas I meant it in the sense of awareness and education.

If, according to you people, Islam is a religion of terrorists and ruthless people, then why is that its the fastest growing religion in America and Europe. Does it mean your well educated and literate people are becoming ignorant cave people??

Somebody was talking about American Heritage? the question is Does America have any appreciable heritage and history? i think the old american history startes with the mass killings of ture natives of this land, i.e indians. And the new American History and heritage starts with the mass murders and killing in Heroshima and Nagasaki. and the lattest one is being written in Iraq and Afghanistan and the rest of the world as the “brave” american soldiers fight against and kill inoocent chlidren and women. First, Europeans haven’t lived in caves for several thousand years prior to the invention of mohammedism.,

Second, the Dark Ages were the result of your kind and other uncivilized people wreaking havoc wherever they could seek gain while interrupting normal commerce.

Third, the moslems were no repository of knowledge and the idea that they’ve always been highly educated is the brainchild of that dimwit, Lawrence of Arabia. Both the Arabic numbering system and ‘Moorish’ architecture came from India and Indian slaves. Moslems may have stolen a lot of our records during their most successful marauding stage (670 to 1050) but they never used it for any useful purpose. Instead, they preferred to agonize over the rantings of Mohammed who, by the way, purportedly received his epiphony from the arch angel Gabriel in a cave. The earliest breakthroughs in medicine came from the Romans; the Greeks gave us methematics, and astronomy goes back millenia - all pre-moslem and all safely stored and taught in Christian Europe.

By the way, yout beloved Mohammed was illiterate and his heat-exhaustion inspired rantings were copied down by his semi-literate mother and second wife - after he stumbled out of the cave.

Fourth, I can find numerous instances of terrorist-type attackes by moslems in every decade going back to its invention. That’s the nature of your culture and your cult. You refuse to work for it yet you destroy those who do out of simple envy. More heinous is your enslavement of others, such as the annual raids on the Causcasus for forced brides.
