Human Events, an iconic conservative publication, has endorsed Fred Thompson for president, FOX News confirms.
This endorsement was welcomed with enthusiam by the Thompson campaign, after their candidate gave a formidable performance at the FNC debate in South Carolina Thursday, according to Thompson’s staff.

I was starting to favor Barak Hussiein Obama, his ideas would personally benefit me. The past 36 years my career as an Airline employee has really taken some hits under the current administration. Our pensions were allowed to be turned over to the PBGC. Substantially reducing our retirement income.
When it boils right down to voting my vote goes to the person I believe has the most integrity. That is,they are not liars or deliberately misleading the citizens of the United States.
Here is my point. In one of Barack Hussain Obama’s speeches he said he is the “American Dream.” His father left him when he was only two years old! My heart went out to him. I was led to believe that did not have a relationship with his father! The speech left the listeners believing that his father deserted him.
Recently there were some pictures of him with his father in Kenya. He looked about 8 years old. His father had his arms around Barak, and Barak looked quite natural, not like a child that had been deserted.
I believe Barak deliberly misled the American people in this speech I and would not consider voting for him.
He also does not clarify what being a Christian means to him. I think Mike Huckaby and Barack should have a discussion or debate on this issue. Just because you go to a church it does not make you a Christian any more than going to McDonalds makes you a hamburger!
Way to go Fred…I am so happy to see true conservatives taking notice of Fred. If we cannot have Duncan, at least Fred is still in the running. Go Fred Go!!!
I’m SOOOOO glad to read all the people here who love Fred, too & wants him to be our next President! You go Fred! God Willing, the Fred Heads will vote him in Nov. & he can begin to fix this country again!

Fred did a good job in the South Carolina debate. However, Mitt Romney has the experience of running a state government and I trust his judgement. It appears those in the mainstream media are trying to knock him out by telling us he’s out if he doesn’t win Michigan. That’s ludicrous. The race is just beginning. Could it be the Dems are afraid of his proven record–and his character?
When will Ron Paul be excluded from the debates? He doesn’t have a “snowball in the desert” chance of winning. He’s an embarrassment to the party and wastes the time real candidates could be debating.
