[...] I heard that Sly Stallone just endorsed John McCain. That doesn’t surprise me. McCain needed someone to beat up Chuck Norris. [...]

all the talk against bible believing candidates like huckabee, and bible believing norris's indorsement of him, when the nation was founded on biblical principles. and what is wrong with running a biblical nation on biblical principles. what is wrong with the principles of influncing a nation's people not to stealing, not to killing, not to bearing false wittness, not to comitting adultry, etc. it seams to me that with drug dealing, murder, and child porn running of the charts, the nation could stand a good dose of bible influence in law making and running of the country. the problem with some candidates of the pass is that they didn't bring their bible beliefs into office with their politics.

Stallone never wore the uniform - except in movies. So, it really is silly to compare the two endorsements. I have the greatest respect for John McCain. Like Huckabee has said on numerous occasions, he is a real American hero. Maybe it's my age, but, an endorsement from a draft dodger doesn't impress me at all.

Given the 18% approval rating that 110th congress has earned, who ever is elected president will be dealing with a new, and probably split House and Senate. The new President will have to have great skills in getting along with both the majority and minority parties in the next congress. The only candidate that I see who has demonstrated these skills is John McCain. Now before you flamers beat this old guy over the head, think about it. Who has demonstrated this skill during his terms of office. You may not agree with the result, but John McCain has proven that he can work with the right and left sides of congress for the benefit us our country. I do not look at John McCain as a conservative or liberal, but rather as a realist. Forget age. 72 to is the age of wisdom and McCain does not have any serious health issues.

Huck chose Chuck cause they both support a traitorous assault on the Constitution in running the US with biblical principles instead of those silly secular guidlines given to us by our Founders.

Chuck's "a bible in every classroom" crusade has paid off, especially if Huch appoints him Attorney General, or leader of Bush-established Office of Faith Based Initiatives, an un Constitutional giveaway of taxpayer dollars to churches.

Ok, this is beyond ridiculous. Who cares if Stallone backs McCain. And I could care less if Chuck Norris supports Huckabee. This is turning into a circus and making us look like clowns. We are the Republican Party for heaven's sake! We are looking more and more like the Dems every day. Man, I bet that Clinton and Obama camps are LOVING this diversion from the garbage that they spew on a daily basis. Nevermind that we are trying to elect the most important position in our country. Let's all sit here and discuss something so stupid and trivial so that everyone forgets what it is that we are trying to do...Gee, now there's a good idea -- NOT! Seriously -- let's get back to the real issue at hand. Who do we want leading us into victory? Or are we really ready to just give it to the Dems? Endorcements from the plastic people in Hollywood are irrelevant...they are here simply to entertain and amuse us. Seriously Fox...is there nothing else on which you could report? Pretty pathetic!

In selecting your Presidential candidate, please reflect on the dire consequences of a docile retreat before a relatively small band of Islamic extremists; and, attempt to formulate your own opinion as to the most prudent course of action in the defense of our Nation. It might assist to consider the following scenario: the infiltration of a group of terrorists similar to the Atta cabal with a quantity of weaponized anthrax procured from a rogue state; the acquisition of a single crop-duster aircraft fitted with a dry-agent disseminator; and, the dispersal of that dangerous toxin over an American population center. The loss of American life would be catastrophic. -Or-, is it preferable to pre-empt such fanatics by destroying them on their home turf, such as Afghanistan and Iraq, before they secure the capacity to threaten our homeland? The latter is in fact a key element in current American strategy. Is it advisable to support any candidate who would reverse course and sacrifice the impressive gains against Islamofacists that young Americans have shed their precious blood to achieve? The fact that we have not experienced another 9/11 is not a by-chance occurrence. Further, it's critical to appreciate the pivotal role that our own border security plays in our "war against terrorism", keeping in mind that "Amnesty" is anathema to border security. A Nation without enforceable borders will not long survive as a Nation. Mitt Romney is exceedingly strong on each of these principles.

With the simple but brilliant proposal to use the stimulus package money to widen Route 95 instead of making China its beneficiary, Mike Huckabee said more in one sentence than was contained in all of Mitt Romney's long-winded, vacuous utterances all evening. If the media, who only know how to suck up to the fat cats, keep going, Romney will win the nomination, and the Republicans will lose any hope of retaining the White House this fall.

What is it with the Republican party? Is the key endorsement for each candidate now seen to be a macho action movie guy? Chuck Norris, Sly Stallone, then you have Govenors Terminator and "The Body" Ventura. What's next? President Hogan? Secretary Rock? Our country has become a comic book written by a mentally retarded child.

Who cares? Really? Who really says "So and So endorsed him so that's who I'm going to vote for!"

Remember where Stallone sat out the war. He ran to Canada and refused to defend his country. Only to return after the war and portray himself as a war hero. What a disgrace for McCain to even speak to this cowarly traitor who was recently busted for striods in Austrlia.
