Gov. Spitzer CAN SURVIVE !!
If the gov. is smart ?? He,ll be contacting someone who has been able to avoid the hand of JUSTICE for years . Someone like Ted “CAN,T DRIVE OVER A BRIDGE” KENNEDY. Ted can have the Gov. back in the local CAT HOUSE by the weekend all charges dropped !! Give him a call
and your zipper will be SMOKING AGAIN.

Took my 19 year old daughter to vote today in Central Mississippi for the very 1st time and was told her name NOT on the voter roll~! Went back to Circuit Clerk’s office and was told that she was registered properly on Feb. 8, 2008! There was no other explanation offered at all…..and it was just dismissed as I feel trivial~ :(

So, how is it that one’s name is NOT on the roll?~!?

She ended up voting with affidavit and was very discouraged by the whole process. Who dropped this ball!~?? How many others didnt want to take the time to vote by affidavit?~ And how can we be certain that her name will be on the voter roll in November?!~ Is it MY place to call to check on this ?~!? I think not!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This was supposed to be a magical time…her very 1st time to vote and make a difference..and she came away extremely disappointed with the process and our system!

How many others will be discouraged by this and never return to vote again~?
At least we were diligent because it was so very important today…especially for her!

Thank you!

Courtney Friel,

RE: The broken primary system.

Instead of Iowa and New Hampshire going first, the parties should institute a lottery system that changes the order in which the states hold there primaries/caucuses each election cycle.

Here’s a thought……If Hillary can steal the election in the smoky back rooms of the election Headquarters I suspect the Blacks will demonstrate and riot like they always do. Now when this happens I want to find out what it costs and make sure the bill for this self-inflicted mess goes directly to the democrats. They have caused it and they rate it!!!!!

Since black voters went overwhelmingly for the black candidate in Mississippi, where are Jesse Jackson and Al Sharpton and Louis Farrakhan, and why aren’t they denouncing racism?

If Obama were nominated and elected, would he be sworen in on the Bible or the koran? would he still turn his back to the flag, instead of saluting it?

Generation X needs to realize we are electing the president of the USA not American Idol. Obama is all glitter!! I am tired of hearing how handsome he is. Who cares?

It is nice to see Brit calling his colleagues buddy and pal. FOX’s relaxed yet insightful coverage is very enjoyable.

The Michigan/Florida shambles the Democrats have gotten themselves into illustrates that they never ask themselves the question “What happens if I do this?” They didn’t ask “what happens to poor (mostly black) families if we make ‘no able-bodied man in the house’ a requirement for Johnson’s welfare?” They didn’t ask “What happens to Cambodians and South Vietnamese if we sabotage Nixon’s victory?” (The answer to this one is “exactly what was predicted: millions dead at the communists’ hands.”) And now they haven’t asked “What happens if we disenfranchise Michigan and Florida voters?” They need an engineer to ask “what’s the worst that could happen in the long run?” instead of a politician to ask “how much can we get away with for a few months?” Since neither Clinton nor Obama ever seem to have a “Plan B” they are both perpetuating this tradition. Of course, Bush can be faulted for not asking “What happens when Democrats sabotage my victory in Iraq?”
