Actress From Clinton’s 3 A.M. Ad Strikes Back, This Time on Obama’s Side

Border

A Washington state teen who weeks ago objected to a controversial Hillary Clinton ad that used stock footage of her from when she was a child has come back with an ad of her own. And this time she’s on Barack Obama’s side.

Casey Knowles, who was one of the sleeping children shown in the Clinton ad that asked voters who they wanted answering the phone at 3 a.m. in a crisis, apparently is an ardent Obama backer.

Now her new YouTube ad, posted on Obama’s Web site, urges voters to “reject the politics of fear that Sen. Clinton uses to drum up votes” and support the Illinois senator. Clinton’s ad, which aired ahead of the Texas primary, was used to raise doubts about Obama’s experience and judgment and was widely credited with boosting her performance in the contest.

In the new ad, Knowles says she was supporting Obama before Clinton’s commercial aired and that she objected to the way it was produced.

Clinton “wanted to scare you into voting for her,” she said — by tinting the stock footage of her sleeping from eight years ago and adding a “scratchy voice.”

At the end of the ad, she says, “I’m Casey Knowles and I approve this message, and not the other one.”

It amazes me, that all you “intelligent” people, who supposedly know all the “facts” and call Sen. Obama unpatriotic and that he associates with racists and people who call into question Americas moral standing in the world, would not take the time to listen to that sermon that the Rev. Wright spoke about “Americas chickens coming home to roost”. He was actually quoting Amb. Peck who was the one who espoused those words in an interview with Ms. Vester on Fox news… The reason why you havent bothered to look, is because you yourselves are racist, and you feel that this gives you a reason to feel good about yourselves. I am a hispanic male, however, my ancestry can be traced to Europe (Spain and Germany and even the middle east. Both my parents were born in Puerto Rico, and I in NYC. Like many of us, no matter what our background is, we came from somewhere else to find in America, what many of our ancestors didnt have in their countries, It is called “opportunity”. If you really value the ideals of America, then none of us should be looking down on any particular group, because our countries mottos is “E pluribus unum”; out of many, ONE! Dont be a racist. You have the right to disagree, but beofre you decide that is the route you want to take, then at least do a little research. If you want to hate the Rev. Wright for what was shown to you on the news, then at least be intelligent enough to make sure you have all the “facts”, because the FACT is, that you dont know EVERYTHING that was said and by whom.

OMG!! I just read a post on a different blog on this site that many of Rev. Wright’s comments were taked out of context. I watched his 911 sermon on UTube and it is true. Rev. Wright never said those words, he was quoting a white U.S. ambassador to make a point. To me the big story is that somebody clipped out only part of a sermon and fed it to the news media and they ran with it without doing their own due diligence. Nice sloppy work, Bill and Shawn. Hope you can sleep at night.

Hillary still tried to change the rules in Michigan for her own self interest, all this shows is desperation. But why did Hillary not tell the people that the Ten Rich Democratic Backers willing to finance the re-vote are All Clinton supporters, five of them are listed on her website as Major Campaign Backers, this is so typical Clinton, money talks.

The other problem currently is everyone seems to be trying to dissect each and every word Barack Obama says, what it may or may not mean! -of course the Clinton campaign team want to make a Mountain out of a molehill.

Hillary’s use of this video is an example of what her and John McCain’s campaigns represent (the past). If you want to see an example of the future of the country attend an Obama rally.

I’M not for Hillary OR Obama, but Clinton successfully made her point;actually it will help McCain in the end.

Why do Hillary supporters call all Obama supporters bad names. Hillary has started something bad. If she did not win a state, then the state does not matter or if someone endorses Obama, they were not important. The republican senate, house or power will never work with the democrats, nothing will get done. We cannot allow 4 more years of “do nothing govt”

I THINK YOU ARE A VERY SICK PERSON THAT IS MY PERSOAL TAKE ON YOUR STATEMENT AND IT IS SAD. YOU SEEM TO BE ONE OF THOSE PERSON THAT ALREADY MADE UP YOUR MIND AND YOU ARE NOT LISSENING MR OBAMA BUT TO A DIFFRENT VOICE OR DANCING TO A DIFFRENT DRUM.
WHEN SOME SAY OBAMA IS A RACIST WHEN HE IS THE ONLY ONE THAT IS TRYING TO BRING ALL PEOPLE TOGRTHER THAN ANYONE IN THE MEDIA OR IN THE RACE ARE FOR A LONG TIME YOU ARE JUST AS BLIND OR A RACIST YOURSELF HINDING BEHIND SOMEONE ELSE.. JUST AFRID TO COME OUT AND SHOW YOUR OWN VOICE…GOD BLESSES YOU!

In my opinion, none of the candidates are worth a damn. But, we definitely don’t need a Dem in the white house.. We’ve already got Pelosi running our congress.

Too bad Bush can’t run for another term. Then again, most of the pigheaded tree-huggers we’ve got running around in today’s society wouldn’t vote for him anyway.
