Chelsea: Mom Would Make Better President Than Dad

Border

As an only child, Chelsea Clinton never has to worry about her parents picking a favorite kid.

But the former “first daughter” had to make a choice Friday when she was asked whether her mother or father would make a better president — and she sided with mom.

“Well again, I don’t take anything for granted, but hopefully with Pennsylvania’s help she will be our next president, and yes, I do think she’ll be a better president,” Clinton said at a stop in Allentown, Pa.

Both Bill and Chelsea Clinton have been hitting the trail hard for Hillary Clinton, in the run-up to the April 22 Pennsylvania primary. Though Chelsea Clinton was forthcoming in her answer Friday, earlier in the week she shot down a questioner who pried too far.

Asked Tuesday whether she thought her mother’s credibility was hurt during the Monica Lewinsky scandal, she said:

“Wow, you’re the first person actually that’s ever asked me that question in the, I don’t know maybe, 70 college campuses I’ve now been to, and I do not think that is any of your business,” she responded.

The Associated Press contributed to this report.

I see no comparison at all. Our national problems are bigger than she is and so far I’ve not heard anything from Ms Clinton that would suggest we would be better off with her family
back in the White House. We’ve not been financially responsible these past 8 years, but her
suggestions only drive us further in that direction. Our wealthy in this country provide the
jobs; it isn’t a crime to work hard and become financially well off. She/they want to discourage
those ambitious enough by taking more and more of their dollars to give-away programs.

Chelsea, has a lot of back bone.
I think Senator Bob Casey Jr, should be ashame of his self for wholeing a grudge, for so many years. Why whole it against, Hillary, for what Bill Clinton, did. It is pure Malice. He sure doesn’t have the back bone that he thinks he has.
When a senator can whole a grudge, for years and years that does not say much for him.
If the Pastor, was in Hillary’s Church and said the things, Obama’s Pastor
said, every TV , station in the US, would have not let it die down as they have for Obama’s Pastor. We would hear about it day and night, and
week in and week out.

If Hillary cannot take care of Billy Boy how can she take care of the nation?

I watched the clip where it showed Chelsea responding to the person who asked the question about Monica L.
I think her reply was not very tackful but then again, “The Apple dosen’t fall far from the tree.”
I think the Clinton’s have always had an arrogant, that they are above everyone else that they don’y have to answer to any one or for any thing. It seems to be the attitude that they can do what they want and no one should question their motivies or actions. By virtue of who they are, they think they are smarter and know better what is good for me than I do.
They seem to have an. elitist attitude.

Sorry Chelsea…I think your mom would not make nearly as good a president as dear old dad, but she sure as heck would be better than Barack (I never heard those things) Obama!

But good for her for your response to those jerks asking you the question about Monica…good retort!

Well Chelsea…that wouldn’t take much.

One thing I will say is that Bill Clinton seems to have no real political convictions while Hillary is a hard core Leftist. As close to an old school European style Socialist as we’ll find in American politics today (as paraphrased from what their long time political advisor recently said).

There would indeed be hell to pay if Hillary ever gained access to the power that comes with the Presidency. I just can’t see the American voter being that naive…..then again I never thought Bill would get elected…much less twice.

The response doesn’t make sense. He asked, was Hillary’s credibility hurt; she responds ,”That’s none of your business?” Maybe a “I’m not going to respond to that question” would have made more sense.

After insulting a young reporter some months ago…shouldn’t Chelsea be keeping her mouth shut now and staying in the background she so readily desired?

Shame on you, Chelsea, you are as inconsistant as your parents.
