Chelsea: Mom Would Make Better President Than Dad

Border

As an only child, Chelsea Clinton never has to worry about her parents picking a favorite kid.

But the former “first daughter” had to make a choice Friday when she was asked whether her mother or father would make a better president — and she sided with mom.

“Well again, I don’t take anything for granted, but hopefully with Pennsylvania’s help she will be our next president, and yes, I do think she’ll be a better president,” Clinton said at a stop in Allentown, Pa.

Both Bill and Chelsea Clinton have been hitting the trail hard for Hillary Clinton, in the run-up to the April 22 Pennsylvania primary. Though Chelsea Clinton was forthcoming in her answer Friday, earlier in the week she shot down a questioner who pried too far.

Asked Tuesday whether she thought her mother’s credibility was hurt during the Monica Lewinsky scandal, she said:

“Wow, you’re the first person actually that’s ever asked me that question in the, I don’t know maybe, 70 college campuses I’ve now been to, and I do not think that is any of your business,” she responded.

The Associated Press contributed to this report.

A pathetic reply from an increasingly dying campaign

Chelsea, its obvious you have the best parents, it truly shows that they have done a great job parenting. We Americans truly have seen you bloom into a lovely young woman..God Bless you.
I think Bill Clinton was a great President, he brought our economy to the best economy of our time! He was a wonderful President, that he made mistakes yes he did. So did Roosevelt, so did Kennedy so lets move on and focus on the positives..Negatives only brings bad Karma. Bill Clinton not only was one of our greatest president, he seems to be a great dad.

So I say: Bill was a great Presient, but I agree with Chelsea. Hillary will make history, no only because she is a woman, but becasue her passion, love for our country, experience, perserverance and conviction. Her commitment to our country and its people will help her make history as the best president of our time.

Hillary never give up, we are behind you! We respect and trust that you will be indeed the best president of our time! We also think you have been a terrific Mom!

Chelsea We also think you have been one of the best first daughter of our time!
May God Bless America!

Go Chelsey. You are intelligent, articulate and good on the eyes too. I am rooting for Hillary as she will lead our country well. Obama is a phoney baloney and should stay with his Rev. Wright, and rethink his life.

Big surprise! Hell, Chelsea would make a better president that her daddy. Or her mom. Not as much baggage.

Sorry, Billary…cancel my subscription. Too many issues!

I’m hoping that there will be a big turnout of Republican voters who will turn out to vote in Pennsylvania for Hillary Clinton because Barack Obama is a loose cannon waiting to go off. He’s as radical as his friend and former minister. To hear Wright speak is very aggressive like fire coming out of the mouth of a dragon. For a man to preach like that is only to excite hatred, there is nothing godly about the man and his preaching.

So we are supposed to vote for a Presidential candidate that will not follow the party line? Humm… let’s see both parties have many many times in the past chastized members for not following party lines and supporting the decisions of the party majority. Now one of the biggest supposedly party supporting people is balking at having to follow the party line, simply because it means she will have to give up, (for the good of the party) the chance for a personal victory? Is not the party as a whole better at determining who would give the Party the best chance at a victory in regards to the Presidential race? Afterall the Democratic Party is a majority rules philosophy based party, right? Many people together make better decisions than a single person, right?

I feel sorry for any child that would have parents who would subject their precious child to the scrutiny that Miss Clinton has had to endure. My daughter just heard Miss Clinton speak in Pennsylvania and she felt so sorry for her. Miss Clinton is not running for office and should not be required or held to the standard of her parent who is running for office.

So we Americans are supposed to believe that Chelsea is a good judge of who would be a better President? This is based on what… her experience in the White House and living with and next to the most powerful people in the world? Hummm I wonder if this makes her a better candidate than other people simply because she was there? Humm … is her choice better than mine simply because she has “experience”?

Of course it isn’t anyone’s business. Typical answer from someone so far removed from reality.
Chelsea just represents the typical “progressive” attitude. I only answer easy questions that I have been brainwashed to understand.
